After months of inactivity, here I am again with a review of a new product. This time it is the Brush Cleaning Glove of Sigma. I must say that I wanted to buy it for months, but I was blocked mainly by the price that isn't low. I'm too lazy, I know but when you have so many things to do even wash your brushes for me is so annoying. In addition, having acne problems I prefer to wash them every time I use them so if is evening and I must wash them for the next day ... help! In Short, I thought I'd try and buy the glove after watching the tutorial on how to use it and have heard that washing in this way the brushes you'll save a lot of time. I must say that some review I've found was negative saying that it was a glove too big, it looked like an oven glove, which slid away and was uncomfortable and I was worried because I have small hands. As soon as I got home the first thing I did was wear it to see if it was actually so uncomfortable: absolutely not! It is certainly bigger than my hand, but does not slip at all because the package includes a fabric glove (I think it's a Microfiber glove or something similar) to wear before the silicone glove . First test passed! Second test: clean the brushes.I had all kinds of brushes to clean : from thick kabuki Foundation brush to those for contouring, eyeliner, lips ... , so I immediately put to the test the glove. Each side has a series of grooves and textures for wash and rinse "fit" the bristles of the brushes. On one side you can clean the brushes for the eyes while the other one is for the face brushes (on various points of the glove are clearly written the words eyes, face, WASH, REFINE, RINSE etc. so you can't go wrong). In practice, how do you use the glove?
1. Add a small amount of detergent and water on the brush and wipe the surface Wash for deep cleaning; I used a simple delicate neutral SOAP
2. pass the brush under water and wipe the RINSE surface of the glove to remove makeup residue and SOAP;
3. rub the brush over the surface of the glove to Refine a deeper cleaning;
4. pass the brush under water and wipe again Rinse surface for a final rinse.
To give shape to the brushes, placing them on the surface Shape by tightening with your hand to remove excess water.

The greatest satisfaction I have with the Cleaning Glove :
1. the kabuki foundation brush : usually as you carefully wash the Foundation brush a smalla amount of product remains :(
2. the eyeliner brush: never succeeded until now to completely remove the eyeliner
3. the lipstick brush: as for the eyeliner brush there was always a little lipstick but this time the brush was perfectly clean
Once I have finished washing brushes I have dried the glove with a cotton cloth and after a few minutes it was completely dry and ready to be saved. I forgot to say that on the glove did not remain makeup residues.
In short, it is a product a bit pricey, but for those who love to wear makeup, have always perfectly cleaned brushes and is too lazy to do that this is the right product; also it is a very resistant material so I think last many years and is a good investment for this too.

Dopo mesi di inattività eccomi di nuovo con una review di un nuovo prodotto. Questa volta si tratta del Brush Cleaning Glove di Sigma. Devo dire che avevo adocchiato questo guanto da parecchio tempo, ma ero bloccata soprattutto dal prezzo che non è bassissimo. Ciò che mi ha spinto a fare il grande passo è stato vedere i miei pennelli che mi imploravano di essere lavati da giorni e non avere la minima voglia di farlo. Lo so sono troppo pigra, ma quando si hanno tante cose da fare anche lavare i pennelli per me è una scocciatura. In più avendo problemi di acne preferisco lavarli ogni volta che li uso quindi se è sera e devo lavarli per il giorno dopo... aiuto! Insomma, ho pensato di tentare e comprare il guanto dopo aver visto il tutorial su come si usa e aver sentito che lavando in questo modo i pennelli si risparmia molto tempo. Devo dire che alcune review ne parlavano negativamernte dicendo che era un guanto troppo grande, che sembrava un guanto da forno, che scivolava via ed era scomodo e mi ero preoccupata non poco avendo una mano abbastanza piccola (per capirci porto la misura 7 e mezzo dei guanti per lavare i piatti xD). Appena mi è arrivato a casa la prima cosa che ho fatto è stata indossarlo per vedere se fosse effettivamente così scomodo: assolutamente no! certo è più grande della mia mano, ma non scivola affatto anche perchè nella confezione è incluso un guanto in tessuto (credo microfibra) da indossare prima del guanto in silicone ( in ogni caso io ho indossato il guaNTO ANCHE SENZA QUELLO IN TESSUTO SOTTO E NON SCIVOLA COMUNQUE). Prima prova superata! Seconda prova: pulire i pennelli.Avevo pennelli di tutti i tipi da pulire che imploravano pietà: da quelli per fondotinta a setole fitte a quelli per contouring, eyeliner, labbra... un po' di tutto , così ho messo subito alla prova il guanto. Ogni lato ha una serie di scanalature e trame per lavare risciaquare e rimettere "in forma" le setole dei pennelli. Su un lato si puliscono i pennelli per gli occhi mentre sull'altro quelli per il viso ( sui vari punti del guanto sono scritte chiaramente le parole eyes, face, WASH, REFINE, RINSE etc perciò non si può sbagliare). Detto questo in pratica come si usa il guanto?
1. aggiungere una piccola quantità di detergente e acqua sul pennello e passarlo sulla superficie Wash per iniziare la pulizia in profondità; Io ho usato del semplice sapone neutro delicato
2. passare il pennello sotto l’acqua e passarlo sulla superficie Rinse del guanto per rimuovere i residui di trucco e sapone;
3. sfregare il pennello sulla superficie Refine del guanto per una pulizia più profonda;
4. passare il pennello sotto l’acqua e passarlo ancora sulla superficie Rinse per un risciacquo finale.
Per ridare forma alle setole, poggiarle sulla superficie Shape stringendo con la mano per eliminare l’acqua in eccesso.
Devo ammettere che il procedimento è più lungo a dirsi che a farsi ed è possibile anche lavare più pennelli contemporaneamente per fare prima, ma la soddisfazione più grande l'ho avuta con tre tipi di pennelli:
1. il pennello kabuki fitto da fondotinta: solitamente per quanto si lavi accuratamente parte del fondotinta rimane nel pennello mentre stavolta non è successo
2. il pennello da eyeliner: mai riuscita fin'ora a togliere completamente il nero dell'eyeliner
3. il pennello da rossetto: come per l'eyeliner questo pennello restava sempre un po' macchiato dal rossetto usato invece stavolta era perfettamente pulito.
Una volta finito di lavare i pennelli ho asciugato il guanto con un panno di cotone e dopo pochi minuti era completamente asciutto e pronto per essere conservato . Dimenticavo di di dire che del trucco presente sui pennelli sul guanto non è rimasto nulla, niente macchie nè residui.
Insomma, si tratta di un prodotto un po' costoso, ma per chi ama truccarsi, avere i pennelli sempre puliti ed è troppo pigra per farlo questo è il prodotto adatto; inoltre è un materiale molto robusto quindi penso duri molti anni e sia un buon investimento anche per questo.
